I'm Arthur, the Firestarter for Hungerstruck.
For me, food hasn't always been about what's on the plate
It's about what happens around it.

This isn't copy-and-paste catering

Supporting local economy and sourcing ethically, can really make a difference to a smokey dish.
Using quality meat and ingredients can completely change the feel and taste of a dish, and that's what we pride ourselves on.
